GMS takes in Refund Policy on Discontented Services
GMS believes to assist its customers as far as possible, and comes with a liberal cancellation policy.

We at GMS have a one-call refund policy. So you need not worry or have no questions to go on how to take refund on services that you are not satisfied with. You may request for a refund upon cancelling your subscription within 30 days of purchase of your subscription. Once we get a request, refunds are processed same day and we will take another 3-5 business days to be credited to your account. We have an unconditional 30 days money back guarantee if you are not fully satisfied with services received. Refunds are only processed after receiving a request via email from the registered email address in our records. Please send your email to email@example.com.
How to refund for Purchase?
Your refund will normally be in the same form as the original purchase. On the other hand, when the item/service was paid for by check/cash, the refund will be in the form of a check mailed within the given business days of the return/cancellation of service.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you work out on your right of withdrawal, we will repay to you all the payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with exception of the supplementary costs causing from your choice of a type of delivery other than the slightest expensive type of standard delivery given by us), without excessive delay and in any event not later than certain days from the day on which we are notified about your decision to take out from this contract. The refunds will be made in the same method of payment that you used for the early transaction, if not you have specifically concurred otherwise; in any event, you will not acquire any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We will accept returns of items that set up to our return criteria. As a condition of withdrawal, and to the extent allowed by law, the following requirements relate. All returns must be attended by the original receipt, original documentation, instruction manuals, registration, parts and components, and the original manufacturer packaging.
If you are returning software, you must also consist of all media and product keys. Subject to the related law, failure to include such items may put off or delay your refund or result in additional fees. All products must be returned with reasonable care having been taken.
For the downloadable products and subscriptions, we may need you to sign a letter of destruction as condition of withdrawal from this contract. For the services, the service must not have been delivered, performed, or consumed by you. For phones, you can return them during our return period, but it is your responsibility to cancel your service within the time specified by your carrier or your carrier can charge you an early termination fee.
